Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice:
Enclosed is an additional insurance payment received in our office from USAA that reflects the remaining balance for the repairs that were completed at your residence.

The sentence is clear save for the use of the word "reflects." Instead, write "corresponds with," "satisfies," "covers," etc.
