Why do I get teary-eyed everytime I complement a person, their baby, or their pet? I am always sincere when I complement someone. I do not get teary-eyed when someone complements me. How do I train myself not to tear up when I complement a person? Help. This is so annoying and embarrassing.

Do you mean compliment? I don't know how you would complement someone's pet, unless you are are a pretty ribbon.

Don't fret too much, you are getting caught up in the moment. I cry at weddings, I don't know why.......maybe because I truly love my husband......so I invest in waterproof mascara...at least you can feel loving emotion, not everybody can.

Awe I find that very sweet. It actually makes me think you are more sincere as you obviously really feel it.
