Lost Video... Help?

It sounds a bit like the Ballroom Scene from "Labyrinth", an old David Bowie movie.

I looked and found the one you are talking about, thank you... in the one I am looking for the scene is almost black and white but brighter. The guy she is dancing with is very tall, and he looks entirely like those old rag style mops, from head to toe I don't even think he is wearing anything.

It is driving me batty hahaha.
