How are you doing? I lost almost 20 lbs through diet and now when I’m at my desired weight I’m skinny fat. I began going to various fitness classes, but I have so much difficulty with classes where you lie on your back and need to lift your head. My head just lies on mat refusing to move no matter how much willpower I use. I’ve been sedentary most of my life, so is it can be something to do with it? What classes could be best option to me? I sit a lot behind laptop too during the day and my posture is bad. Is there any fitness routine that can address my problems? Thanks!

I wonder if yoga would work for you (I am not an expert). Couldn't hurt to ask your doctor about it.
