If Team A record is 10-6 and team B record is 10-6 but team A is 4-2 in division and team B is 2-4 in division but team B two division wins are against team A who goes to playoffs?

It depends on your team league rules.

If it is based simply on division record then team A would, however, if it is overall record then team B would.

If you are talking NFL, head to head is the first tiebreaker.
