testosterone extraction from human urine

Could swim (wet extraction) extract testosterone from human urine with ether and evaporate the ether to later self administer said testosterone ?

Sure, but it would be a complex and costly means of achieving your desire.

A far better solution for you would be to go to any local Gold's Gym, round up the Italian body-builders, and then directly suck the testosterone from their nipples.
