Moral problems?

Hi

I live in an urban area where there's alot of anti-social people, gay people, working people, charity people, construction and park. In the last couple of years I hear what I could describe as a phone call from outer space, but it's a human or someone making a joke. It can also mimic me but is very fake and synthetic. Has anyone experienced this, I really try to disconnect from people.
