A person who steals Christmas presents for their own selfish, or a person who goes after that person to get their presents back for their own selfishness, isn't Christmas suppose to be about giving ?

The overriding issue here is the first person's thievery. He stole to give to himself.

Is it safe to say that you are the one who stole from a third party and are presently trying to justify your own immoral actions while belittling the relative justified actions of the person you stole from?
