@maxdancona,
I think also something like that, i believe religion is a therapy when you are mentally distorted in life and you have to get back on track .

I would rather have wars then a single culture. The idea that there would be a single world view and that any differences would be eliminated is scary to me.

Presumably the single culture today would be something similar to the modern culture we have today in the United States and Europe. This would mean any other culture, world view or belief system from indigenous beliefs to modern African, Asian and South America cultures would be subjugated.

I would fight against this. I find it troubling how much the modern left believes in cultural supremacy.

@maxdancona,
For me the solution is , everyone keep his land and culture and keep with good relationship with one and another . All this mix is for modern slave humans under the cover of ' let s live all toghether propoganda '

@maxdog,
Under that plan, where would you live Maxdog? I assume you aren't Native American.

I like multiculturalism. Most of my ancestors are from Great Britain and Germany. I love the mix of cultures that is the modern United States where I live.

@maxdancona,
I agree. The multi-culture world is still a fascinating aspect of humans on this planet. I’ve visited 128 countries, and have friends in many. Even in Russia and Cuba. I still have friends in Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Bhutan, England, France, Germany, and across the USA. My family and friends ask me, where is my favorite destination, and I always say, “all of them.” I have visited all 7 continents, including Esperanza Base in Antarctica. Even visited Iceland. Cruised both oceans, and most of the major rivers of the world. Some years like in 2008, my traveling was the most active. Feb: 12days in Hawaii. May: 17 days in Central Asia. Sep: Alan and Fiona’s visit from Manchester, England. We gave them a tour of Northern CA. I Oct: 10 day Mexico cruise. Nov: 17 days Bangkok, Bhutan & India. Dec-Jan: 26 day South Pacific cruise.

@maxdog,
I don't know that God/god showed up some 2000 years ago. Or in some physical form prior to that. People write stories. People tell stories. Many stories are fictionalized. Many stories have been told so many times they don't even resemble the original.

Food for thought - in another 3 or 4 thousand years, people may be telling of the second arrival of Heyzeus (a.k.a. Jesus). Or some other son of God or maybe it'll be a daughter of God...

As I said, I'm a Deist. I don't subscribe to religions.

@maxdog,
People who live in the United States live in a multicultural society.. it has been a multicultural society since it started and has evolved and matured over time to integrate more people.

Some Americans want to pretend the the United States should be White straight and Protestant. I suppose we should accept them as part of our great crazy mix of ideas.

If you give people freedom, they tend to live lives and express themselves in the way they see fit.

No, you are not right.

You can Google it yourself. The US murder rate is 4.7 per 100,000. It is on the bottom half of the world's countries.

Another example about if humans are really meant to live on this planet is the weather , it is really not meant for us by very cold or very hot temperatures.
