Get a pregnancy test.
It seems very unlikely. The chance of you getting pregnant even if he ejaculates inside of you is fairly low for just one time. Since he didn't come inside of you and wiped the semen off with a paper towel and waited several minutes makes it seem even more unlikely.
I won't say it is not possible. But, it seems highly unlikely. You can still get a pregnancy test.
