Good day.
My situation is in the last 7 years I only had sex 3 times! It was due to moving to a very conservative country and getting someone to sleep with was hard on itself, I also live with my parents and in their culture having sex outside marriage is a sin! So kinda no place and no partner. But now things are changing a bit.
So I only had sex 3 times and every time as soon as I entered the woman, I ejaculated and it was so embarrassing. And I must mention the first 2 times happened 2 years ago and like 3months apart and the last time was like a month ago.
I was a very long lasting guy back in the day, but now this is killing me. And I must mention I am still in my very early 30s.
Please tell me what to do. Sprays and gels won't fix the problem permanently!
You need to ejaculate more. So either masturbate or find a partner to engage in sexual activity often.
Is there a reason why you still live with your parents? You need privacy and independence. If you live in a sexually repressed culture, then move or at least travel.

Masturbating doesn't really help much. And I also have heard masturbating does negatively affect your stamina, isn't that the case?
Well yes it is kind of cultural thing as well as some personal situation that makes me stick here for now, although I am planning to leave this area of the world for good, but still..
