I recently broke up with my ex. She knew the password to my email, and Facebook. I drunkenly changed them both. Recently got a new phone and have a new number. I do not remember the passwords to either. When I go to change the password it asks to send the confirmation code to either a phone I don’t ha e or an email address I can’t access. How do I get ahold of some one or get around this problem?

You can get into a Facebook account using trusted friends or image identification. You won't be able to talk to anyone there to help you.

It might not be too late to transfer the old phone number to the new phone.
