Of course they will still exist. It may become difficult to locate a device to play them on their though.

Yes - we still have VHS - and vinyl records are making a come back.
So yeah at the least people will still have them - how much they are used will be a different question

I think a Blu-ray player can play DVDs. I don't know if it can play CDs too.
I suspect that there will still be some Blu-ray players being made, so playing an existing DVD should not be a problem.
I suspect though that at some point the movie industry will stop making DVDs and will only make Blu-rays.

Blu Ray players can only play DVDs if it has both a Blu Ray and DVD laser.
