1) Use Google Analytics; it's free.
2) Talk to management about releasing funds for analytics, at least to pay for something like the pro version of Moz. Why? Because without measurement, you have no idea if anything is succeeding. Your company will fail if you keep doing stuff, hoping for success when you have no idea if your efforts are working, or what you need to change.
3) Make sure analytics is a line item in all future budgets. It's not a luxury; it's a necessity.
