My husband has lost his phone and can't get into FB account nor email that is associated with FB profile. We continue the steps at forget password and after the steps where it asks to verify NEW EMAIL. It brings us right back to the log in screen asking for email and password ... Plaeae help frusterated!!

Usually FB will let you back in if trusted friends can recognize pictures of you (might be the other way around, where you need to recognize your friends' pictures).

I know I've done that before to get into my account a couple months ago but I don't even see the option to do that now
