Transferring a page from one account to another

A designer I hired to create and manage a facebook page for my business created the page under her personal account. Having realized this I want to create my own BUSINESS account under which my current business' page will exist. I do not know the process of somehow migrating the page from her personal account to my business account. I have not yet created my business account in case something must be done before this. Is this even possible to do?
