someone reported my account falsely & deliberately for posting a legitimate website info -- but that someone did not like it and reported it as something bad and my account has been locked because of that false reporting. How can this situation be resolved with facebook? I have contacted facebook there is no help from fb ... thanks

Usually, facebook lockouts are temporary. Wait a few days and try again.
