Hi, I am a man aged 45 and recently I started to have ED. In fact i have been married for 12 years with no issue. Now when i want to make love with my wife, everything its ok but as soon as i want to penetrate her i loose my erection.
any advice?

Yeah i saw an Urologist, he said i do not have any problem and did not give me any medication

See another one. Or just go to your family doctor, explain your situation and he/she will give you a prescription for either of the two main products available for this problem (they work).
Edit: Of course, there might be something else going on that is causing your problem but that's not going to be discovered on the internet.
