Need an artist's name

I Ggld "painter belli" and found several from 15th century to contemporary. You might look further. That is possibly 19th century. Nice painting. Very cool.

Thanks for the suggestion, haven't found anything concrete yet..i thought it was Enrico Belli, but the signature doesn't really match up. Will keep searching tho
