Our new home is being built right now in Kelowna. When should we schedule having the windows cleaned?

Normally the builder will have this done before you move in. If uncertain, call him and ensure it happens and that you don't bear the cost.

No. I'm not comfortable with that. I'm moving the appointment to 3:20AM to 4:40AM.
