Lucia di Lammermoor -

Does anyone know an italian (or spanish, but i think it's italian) movie in which there are 3 main characters: Lucia, Anna and a guy and Lucia makes the guy date Anna, her friend that is going to be married soon, and in the mean time Lucia falls for the guy? I also remember a scene where the guy goes to opera and then falls asleep and he drops the book and Anna gives the book back to him.
