Am I paranoid?

Husband went on a stag do recently and come back with bruising (loads of small roundish bruises on his buttocks a horizontal oval bruise groin area and bruised lines on the back of his legs) thought they looked bad but never give much thought to it as he showed me a video of him drunk falling asleep one night that his mate had filmed in a club. Had sex which was different to normal last night I mean rougher sex and afterwards I had a flash back grabbing his buttocks but then had a flash back of the bruising on his buttocks from the return of the stag do and they were thinking back finger tip size bruising also the groin bruise looked like the shape of a mouth there were also two identical lines underneath each other on his legs. I told him about my flash back after thinking about the sex we had just had and he said he doesn't remember getting a hard on for the two days he was there but then openly admits he doesn't remember both nights as he was drunk. I'm thinking he had sex with someone but he won't admit it am I paranoid?
