Am I bisexual?

I'm a 14 year old boy and I think I might be bisexual. All my life I've been attracted to girls sexually and romantically but about two years ago I found out that I was aroused by looking at a penis. At that time I didn't really give it much thought and I thought it was just a phase, but since then I sometimes have gay dreams and stuff, although it's pretty rare. I started really questioning my sexuality about 2 months ago or so and I've been like this since then. When I do look at a penis (I'm sorry for being so blunt and specific) I only get slightly aroused, not enough to make me fully, uhm, erect. Sometimes it even turns me off and it's like my gayness switches on and off constantly. A few weeks after all this doubt I kinda had a small crush on my best friend, who is a male. I don't know if I could call it a crush, since I wasn't like in love with him and I didn't really want to date him at all or anything like that. It passed after like 5 days and then out of nowhere I started finding males attractive. Dudes I thought were ugly af now were kinda attractive to me. But then there's another thing, I don't really wanna kiss a dude or date one or anything like that, when I think about it it turns me off and is just a big ew for me. And for example, if I think about a pp it turns me on, but if I were to actually do anything sexual with a male it turns me off completely (like in a locker room with my classmates if I look at their pps I don't feel anything at all and I don't wanna do anything with them). I have talked to some people about this and some said that it might be hormones and others said that I actually am bisexual. I'm sure that I like girls, but I just don't know if I'm bisexual or not. (Btw Idk if this is relevant but when I was like 6 or 7 I had a gay sexual experience but idk. And sorry for making the text so long and so specific.)
