Facebook fever

There's nothing wrong with opening public dialogues for anyone to participate in.

There is sharing too much personal information on the site (newsfeed wise) but that is a subjective thing to determine. If you don't like a person's Facebook output, you can pause their timeline posts (for a period of time) or simply block them altogether from your news feed.

For example there is one thing for sure, people post pictures that they are having fun somewhere ( in many cases they are faking a smile ) just to try to make jeaolus some other specific people in their friend list . So by saying what they are gonna do is a potential reason to make it public.

Your point?

People humble bragging and... well as well as ego-boasting/bragging about their life existed before social media... say by a few dozen centuries. It's human nature. People write memoirs for this reason.


Kind of makes you sound like a cynical jackass. Some people share their experiences to inspire others to do the same (go forth and experience stuff themselves). Some people share their experiences to others who cannot do the same (financial, physical, political reasons that are obstacles to them they can't get around).

People read other people's memoirs for that reason.

In my opinion i don t need to say the whole world that i went abroad and have to keep them updated all the time with what i am doing . I think who overmake these things have a secret problem .
