Pink stain on white bed frame help

Mold is not pink.

Could be a number of things like a candy stain or fabric stain.

How large are these “spots”?

If its just random spots, I’d wet a cloth with bleach and press it against the spot.

Or repaint (stainkill first) with an accent color.

There is pink mold! There are a few molds that exhibit as pink.
