I recently stumbled across a thread where Joe Nation is scrambling to get into Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. I laughed. Joe is surely above that list of miscreants. Joe doesn't belong with mere presidents, inventors, authors, and billionaires. Joe deserves to stand high on a pedestal with a really cool high-pointed hat on his head and wave to the adoring masses as he leans on his gilded scepter.
Forget this Time magazine nonsense.
I have seen the future.... and its name is Pope Joe.
Joe Nation? I thought it was Jay Notion...
if he accepts i propose he call himself pope george ringo the first, i mean come on john paul had their chance
Joe Nation would be Giovanni Nazionale, methinks
Ooh, that has a nice ring to it!
Pope Joe <where'sthewineandsomeofdemwafers> Nation. I could dig that.
Ratzenhofer . . . Ratzinger.
The similarity is altogether too striking.

Quote:The first day of the historic conclave to elect the 265th pope began with a grand mass in St. Peter's Basilica, presided over by German Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, the dean of the College of Cardinals and one of John Paul II's closest advisers who is widely considered one of the leading papal candidates.
With his phonetic connections, I think Gus just might be able to sway the masses!!
