Long distance relationships require a lot of work.

They also require money, because you need to be able to visit frequently. Communication is key.

If either party is unwilling or unable to do any of these 3 things, it will fall apart.

Long distance relationships are challenging but can be very good. The time apart can be difficult. The time together can be passionate and intense. Like any relationship you have to work through the challenges. Relationships end whether they are long distance or not.

It is a lot easier now when all of us have Skype on our cellphones. You can call each other and see each other pretty much whenever you want.
