Anal injury after having sexxxx

So we were having rough sex and my husbands penis slipped down and pushed into my anus. There was a good amount of bleeding and I was in excrushiating pain. It’s the next morning and I’m VERY uncomfortable but there’s very little blood. Feels just like a tear after delivering my baby. Should I call A dr or just wait a couple days?!
