I think this sentence is not proper, espcially the which clause. Could you please favor me your revision? Many thanks!

I see no problem.
In "our way of thinking in our future" I would change 'our' to 'the'. That's a matter of preference, of course.

I think " let us have" is not direct as "allow us a new angle", and the which clause should be "which will be helpful to the way of thinking in the future". But, in fact, if you have a volunteer job, it is helpful mostly to your present way of thinking.
