India is dealing with energy shortage of almost 12% demand-supply gap. To fulfill this gap, India is setting up solar power plants across India. The solar energy potential in India is immense due to its convenient location near the Equator. India receives nearly 3000 hours of sunshine every year, which is equivalent to 5000 trillion kWh of energy which can generate over 1,900 billion units of solar power annually. This is enough annual power for India even in 2030.
So looking at the tremendous potential in solar energy and Indian government has set up a target of 100 GW solar energy production, Solar Companies in India has very good future. With the technology advancements in solar industry, the cost of solar energy systems will fall down and more people will tend to install them whether they are for residential or an industrial purpose
Friends let me know your opinion about what is the future of the solar companies in India?
@amitbajpayee90,
Well, 100 GW is certainly a lot of power.
