I have tried everything to login even my trusted contacts dont work bc I keep getting message that I'm trying to often and even when I clean I cookies and cache it tells me something like can't process at the moment please help it's been 2 weeks

Try phone if you've been using a computer, or vice versa. Sometimes one format works when the other one doesn't.
