How do you check to see if you have a good or bad ground wire in your breaker box? Half of my lights and circuits are out and they did blink before going out. They are all haphazard as far as what is working and what is not. All main appliances didn't go out. Just some ceiling lights and some outlets.

So the 220 is likely okay, but not the 110. Do you know if GFIs are in use on those? They usually can be tripped on if they flipped off.

Hire an electrician. It'll cost you, but you have someone to sue if it's not done right.
