I don't think so, Lola, I'm not a dancer. But, I'll poke and prod the men toward the dance floor from this side.

A little Jackson Browne for bed time:

Doctor, my eyes have seen the years
And the slow parade of fears without crying
Now i want to understand

I have done all that i could
To see the evil and the good without hiding
You must help me if you can

Doctor, my eyes
Tell me what is wrong
Was i unwise to leave them open for so long

'cause i have wandered through this world
And as each moment has unfurled
I've been waiting to awaken from these dreams

People go just where they will
I never noticed them until i got this feeling
That it's later than it seems

Doctor, my eyes
Tell me what you see
I hear their cries
Just say if it's too late for me

Doctor, my eyes
Cannot see the sky
Is this the prize for having learned how not to cry

One of my favorites:

I'll light the fire, you put the flowers in the vase that you bought today.
Staring at the fire for hours and hours while I listen to you
Play your love songs all night long for me, only for me.

Come to me now and rest your head for just five minutes, everything is good.
Such a cozy room, the windows are illuminated by the
Sunshine through them, fiery gems for you, only for you.

Our house is a very, very fine house with two cats in the yard, life used to be so hard,
Now everything is easy cause of you and our la, la, la:

I would love a breakfast song......let's see, Wassau? Play something

Yeah my baby, she's so fine
She give my scrambled eggs with a glass of wine
She give me breakfast in bed
Yeah mama, breakfast in bed
She give me juice and tea and a pat on the head
Breakfast in bed

well, welcome drowler......are you male or female?

You can order your food any way you want it from Wassau, the proprietor or Sal, Wassau's brother or from Prissy, the woman rescued years ago from the terrible Dick who now lives in 1972 with the Moonies.

Or you can optionally cook it yourself, which ever you prefer.

Welcome to Cafe 101 land.

Hi Beth, nice to see ya. How about a little Deli fare?

And here's a cup of coffee for Husker who claims to be a young un but is actually and ole man.

Hey, Wassau! Can you get me some fresh pineapple and vanilla yogurt mousse? I'm in the mood for something spring-y.

Who's that up on stage?

Oh, goodness, it's Long John Baldry! Does anyone else remember when Elton John was in his band?

Hey, he's kickin' into Don't Try To Lay No Boogie Woogie On The King of Rock n' Roll. Might as well relax, cuz this is a long one.

mmmmmmmmmm, pineapple and vanilla yogurt mousse. life is good.

Pineapple and vanilla yogurt coming up, Beth.

It's 70 degrees again today, and the pool is ready. So I'm lying here out back on one of Wassau's deck chairs, drinking lemonaide and thinking about going for a little swim. Maybe I better do it while the sun is still shinning on the pool..............
