Duplicate account

Report the second account. Continue accessing the primary account until the secondary is closed. More reports help, so get your friends to report the fake account, too, under the impersonation reason.

How do I report the faulty account?

Thank you for your response.
I have got no further with my problem.
I cannot work out how to report the faulty account/profile.
I have read and tried the 'Facebook' instructions but cannot find the click points they refer to.
Basically I am just going round and round in circles.
Wierdly,I can still access my original facebook page and profile on my mobile phone and tablet using exactly the same address but compared to the laptop it is clunky and fiddley and does not have the scope of the laptop (or a full sized numeric keypad)
I would be glad of any further suggestions before I bite the bullet and try ringing Facebook directly.
