"The earlier you become successful,the better for you." Is the part "the better for you" clear? Should it involve a clause to specify the situation like "the younger you are, the better for you since time is on your side"?

Drop the last 2 words. They are understood, and therefore redundant. It doesn't need to be longer; it's better shorter.
