What should I do? She is smart, pretty, sweet, and amazing in many ways. I just don't know what to say to her. I am afraid of being rejected because it would break my heart. Her name is Sydney, and she has been in my school district for 3 years. She came to my elementary school from Pennsylvania, and I have really liked her for a while. Someone, please tell me what to do!!!

It takes courage to talk to someone for the first time. Are you up to it?
Since you have known her for a long time, you should have something to talk about - like the teachers in elementary school. Or ask to borrow a pencil. Or does she know ( mutual friend)?
