STD/ STI

Hi all, I had unprotected oral sex and within a week developed UTI and eventually started having some transparent discharge from penis. Saw the doctor and and had all kind of Antibiotics for a week. Now the condition has improved but not fully eliminated, additionally both my eyes are reddish and watety for last few days. Doctor started eyedrop and ointment. Second dose of antibiotics also started. Urine test and culture reports are due tomorrow. A bit worried as the recovery taking more than 10 days and eyes are somehow infected. Anyone can share any similar experience or how long such conditions normally take to cure?
