Is it acceptable to say "relax physically and psychologically", "relax psychologically", "relax emotionally", "relax mentally"?

I think they would all be "acceptable", but I think "physically" and "mentally" would be adequate and more acceptable. "Psycologically" sounds too clinical. However, "relax emotionally" is not often heard, but I like the idea.

PS: Just a note that goes with the subject. Relaxing the body relaxes the mind. Also, relaxing the mind relaxes the body.
