How much water should a client drink after a massage to flush the toxins out?

One question:
How many liters does an average above ground pool hold?
Usually offered a 12-16oz bottle of water to restore to OEM condition.

Which toxins exactly? It depends.
most toxins are released by sweating during massage. i don't believe water will increase output after massage. I drink before massage to sweat more out
