FML

For the first time in my life I feel hopeless. Instead of me being grateful and happy, I wake up and all I can think about is that I fucked my life up. I just got out of an long, serious relationship. It was very hard for me to open up to someone and when he came along it was easy and natural. im 29 and now I feel that im starting over and catching up to where I should have been with my education and my career and personal relationships. Its overwhelming me, I don't know where to start and instead of me being inspired and empowered. im isolating myself and I feel myself giving up. im trying to take small steps but sometimes its hard to continue when you don't see any progress.
