Prostatitis or std

After unprotected sex I felt funny in my genitals. A urge to urinate accompanied by a pressure or pain in my penis mainly urethra. An itch that went farther than surface. I went to the doc 3 weeks later for a check in and told them of my problem. I was diagnosed with Azithromycin and Rocephin. No std swab or urine test was done. After 7 days and lots of water nothing happened symptoms got better but we’re still very much there. I decided to go to another doctor and got a full std screen swab and urine. I told the doc about the prior treatment and she put me on metronidazole for Trich.
I have no bumps sores warts or irritation except a burning on the tip of penis. Std check came back clean. As my treatment for Trich was going through my body before I found out my result I had a very intense pressure in urinating that subsided with urination in a very relieving manner. I also have hemorrhoids and have never had them before. I inspected my self I am a heterosexual man but just in case. Also upon pushing urine out along with a relieveing sensation I had a clear semen like discharge from my penis with a bowel movement.

So along with antibiotics and a clean std screen with no warts or lesions or sores is this PROSTATITIS? I don’t necessarily eat well I’ve atopped drinking sodas upon first irritation. Penis head burning during urination and a dull reoccurring pain over the day along with hemorrhoids and discharge during bowel movement suggests prostate issues. I need answers please help
Been over a month since the unprotected sex clean std screen still penis pain on tip and weird irritation feeling with no signs of anything out of the ordinary as far as skin is concerned.
HELP!!!!!!
