Cant find title of movie

I remember watched a movie years before about a hacker. I don't remember the title. There was the good guy and the hacker .The good guy tried to find out the identity of the hacker who was hiding in the darkweb and they used to talk to each other in a 3rd dimension passage but they couldn't see each other. The hacker using a sofisticated firewall or code to hide his identity but at the end of the movie they stand face to face but can't see each other and the good guy finds out the hackers identity cause the hacker made a mistake when sending some data. He says like " you don't know you made a mistake I know who you are" and than the movie is over. What is the name of that movie?
