Mounting laminated photo onto wooden tabletop

You can use something called Glaze Coat, an epoxy finish. You mix it with a hardener. It's available at Lowe's. I've used it, and the trouble was trying to get the bubbles out of it, so it's best to do a test piece first to get the application perfected.
