I have a 480v 3 ph trans stepping down to 120v. At the term strip in the electrical panel I read 60v from L1 to ground and 60v from neutral to ground so I’m thinking the secondary side 120v neuteral and ground aren’t bonded ( by the way I have 24amps in the neutral). Before I bonded the transformer I put my meter from the neutral incoming feed to the ground feed and start turning off circuit breakers off one by one and I can watch the voltage drop on the neutral all the way to zero (there’s now 120v from L1 incoming feed and ground). L1 does the same thing When I read from L1 to ground (circuit breakers are still off) as I turn each load on one by one I watch my 120v drop every time. Could the neutral not being bonded cause his to happen? By the way I have 120v from L1 to neutral

It is highly unlikely that anyone with electrical expertise is going to look into a thread entitled "James." I suggest that you post this again under something more appropriate, such as "Electrical quation."
