Just had a mold inspection and levels are pretty high. Wondering if anyone has bought a house knowing there is a mold issue.
Will be my and my wife and our 2 boys(4 year old and 9 month old).
Hoping to get quotes for remediation this week to see if the seller will give up a pretty big credit.
Get a second opinion, or more, on the mold reading.
I know of a family that was told there was a high mold count in their home - and the company that did the reading presented them with a huge bill to clean it up.
They got two more independent readings and got different results.
