Hello.
I have master degree in Quantum Physics (2:1 honor degree) and worked for 2 years on phd in theoretical physics. But recently, I have understood that I want to be a doctor and work in a field of medical physics. I want to help people with cancer. Is it possible for me to apply for a scholarship (I am from Russia and I am unable to apply here) and in which university I have good chances.
Thank you for your time.
@Archdenis,
You're very welcome. Wish I could assist you more, but as you probably know we have some excellent universities in our area that does research in the medical fields. Stanford is a good example. I believe UC San Francisco is also a good university that does research.
@cicerone imposter,
The problem is that most of them ask USA or Canada citizenship in order to apply for scholarship. Also I have only physics degree and my knowledge in medicine is very limited. I will contact them anyway surely. Thank you for your time and concern.
@Archdenis,
I don't think that is true. The US used to have many foreign students because they paid the full tuition to attend. However that is now changing, and fewer foreign students attend our colleges and universities.
