Live video in facebook not showing on word map

I didn't know that a live world map was a thing on the Facebook homepage left column. Never seen it in my many years on the social media network.

I did not mention Facebook home page in my post.
But if you go to your home page and click on live videos that will take you to the live video page. There you will see the map of the world with all the people streaming live on it.
On the left of the page you will see a column headed live videos. This is the most viewed streams. Well all I get is a page with the map of the world and no live videos streaming on it.
