You probably mean Justin Bieber, who at 24 years old is very much a man.

Whether he makes good music or not has no influence at all on whether he is a good man or not. I'm not a fan of his music at all, and his actions have been deplorable, but I don't really think they make him a bad man. Just a young adult who came into superstardom at a young age, in my opinion too young to be able to adequately cope with his new life.

I don't hear a lot of negative news about him these days though: I hope he is able to cope with his fame better now.
