Incompatible Legal Grounds

5 series years of marriage ended, unfortunately. Most possible reason for this event was all of the unfixed issues that we delt daily. From a little cents to bills, what I meant is from scratch things that become into a high-level conflict.

The bottom line of this is to ask the main affair that I'm continuously searching and googling around, "Legal Grounds for Divorce", this subject barely leaves a lot of questions to me. Like, do every state has a different legal grounds for divorce? And if so, what are these? Do both of the party will receive any spousal support?

Thanks for the consideration, and I'm openly searching for any ideas and comments below.

Most states have no fault divorces. You just have to say you want a divorce. You use particular language but in much of the country, it's not necessary to prove incompatibility anymore.
