What is the difference between "at the last day", "on the last day", and "in the last day", like in the quotation from the Bible, "... and I will raise him at the last day"?

They're interchangeable and are used in the various translations of the Bible.

Thank you very much! Do they use "at/in the last day", or at/in any other certain day, like "at/in the first day of my vacation", e.g. in modern English?

"On" is used in contemporary English.
